A place of great scenic interest, it houses the small mountain center of Fiuminata so called because it rises in the upper Potenza valley near the sources of the river of the same name. From a naturalistic point of view, Fiuminata has an uncontaminated environment and is rich in ecologically interesting places, such as the "Stoni" lakes and the floristic area of Monte Pennino, ideal destinations for beautiful nature excursions. The Monte Gemmo area is the ideal place to practice free flight in paragliding, thanks to the airfield located in Tre Pizzi.
