Pieve di S. Zenone, today Santa Maria della Pieve, documented in 1103 with fourteen tributary churches. Church with a single nave, with tufaceous stone facade, arched portal in white stone and hanging arches of Lombard manufacture. Inside there is an interesting fresco of the century. XVI attributed to the Perugian Bernardino di Mariotto Dello Stagno (1478-1566), representing the Madonna with Child and Saints. The building, in its ancient baptismal function, represents perhaps the most important proof of the existence in the valley of an inhabited nucleus of Roman origin.
The most interesting part is, at first sight, the facade divided horizontally into two parts and vertically into three by four pilasters. The interior of the church has a single nave, the roof is made up of wooden beams which support, by means of rafters, some half-colored tiles in white which give a particular polychrome effect. Inside the church is particularly noteworthy a 16th century fresco depicting a Madonna with Child which probably changed the dedication of the sacred building.
