It is located in the former convent of St. Francis and testifies to the ancient activity of the paper mills, widespread in Pioraco since the fourteenth century. Watermarks from different eras are exhibited and, in the paper workshop, it is possible to witness the manual manufacture of paper with tools and techniques typical of the fourteenth century.
