It is a stately villa, located at the intersection of the road to Campi, of large dimensions, equipped with stables, shed and garden, from the nineteenth century. The building was built by Nicola Fani, a country lord and landowner, born in Muccia in 1811. In the interior rooms there are frescoes of exquisite workmanship.
